"I hesitated to take the leap, but...."


Hello….my name is Tony and I have been with Brickyard since July 2018. I have always been interested in Cross Training, but was hesitant to take the leap. I learned about Brickyard at a local event and thought about finally giving it a try. My journey with working out has always been up and down; joining gyms and then end up never going. Workouts were uneventful, boring, and most of the times I struggled with what to do and how to do it. Brickyard has provided me with a comprehensive approach to health and fitness. Their workouts are always changing, the trainers (who are awesome) are constantly monitoring your progress and ensuring you are doing everything correctly, and most importantly I am never bored. This gym has increased my motivation to go and get better. Since being a part of Brickyard I have lost over 10 pounds and several inches. I have learned to push myself and with the support of those who are members and the trainers themselves, I will continue to see results. Thanks Brickyard and to whomever has thought about taking the leap, DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.
