The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching.  Need an extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone!
