PM H.I.I.T and Strength Coach
I have been active my whole life. For seven years I have been doing Parkour and Free-running. In High School I was on the Wrestling team as well as the Football team. Working out and staying active has always been a big part of my life. I love fitness and teaching others, showing them that anyone can do it. In my classes I will work on your form and modify anything needed for you to be able to accomplish the tasks required for the workout. I will spend time with you before or after a class if you need additional assists. My goal is to help you be the best you can be.
